About Songseed

Songseed starts with a familiar frustration: a great musical idea arrives when your instrument is nowhere nearby. By the time you can play it, the good bit has slipped away.

Our aim is to give musicians a way to capture a hum or describe chords, progressions and tempos, hear the idea back, and save audio, tabs and sheet music to build on. The human makes the music. Songseed is simply the tool that helps keep it close.
